The smart just got smarter with Samsung

The Samsung Galaxy S still stands apart as an industry leading smartphone that continues to give tough competition to models from other manufacturers that have come months after its launch. The reason is the perfect combination of path-breaking innovation with regards to hardware. The slim handset (9.9 mm thickness) has a 4 inch SUPER AMOLED display with a 1GHz processor, ultra-fast data transfer and a 16GB memory with Micro SD card that forms the perfect package for a powerful performance. The screen allows for vivid display of graphics and colours, and recording videos, reading e-books and playing games is never the same; even the bright sunlight can’t deter the Galaxy S’ display!

The Daily Briefing feature in the Samsung Galaxy S allows for the selection of the widgets one desires on a daily basis, so that the handset is converted to, and performs the role of, a personal assistant by updating and organising information on a daily basis. Navigation is also a cinch with this smartphone, as the Google Maps application gives three views – traffic view, satellite view and real street view, for utmost convenience around the world. The ‘Text at HyperSpeed’ functionality, powered by the Swype technology, allows one to type text 50% faster, so that a lot more can be done!
